Welcome to the Richey Family Web Site. I am located in a small New Hampshire country community called Andover. It is just Northwest of Concord, NH. Since living in the country I decided that my family needed a good family dog. With all the suggestions and recommendation Ichoose a Labrador Retriever and that led me to find Sasha. I purchased Sasha, an AKC Registered black lab in 2003. The first night Sasha lept into our hearts, our family and our bed which is where she sleeps with her own pillow even to this day.
After having Sasha for a few months I knew that I was in love with Labradors. I then had to get another lab and so I purchased our AKC, SIRE George AKA Baby Huey. George was 9 months old when I brought him home from a breeder in Maine. His temperament was gentle, loving but shy. George and Sasha have since become rulers of my home as they have taken over our hearts and have become a GREAT part of this family. George is an English Black Labrador Retriever. In July, 2005 George and Sasha became proud parents of 10 beautiful puppies. There were 8 black and 2 yellow. All very healthy puppies and went to happy homes. Every now and again I see a few of these puppies and they are growing up to be beautiful, well tempered, and smart dogs.
