Health Guarantee

DNTPETS4U Retrievers' Guarantee
Every puppy that DNTPETS4U Retrievers makes available will be given a health certificate by my Veterinarian upon new owner taking said puppy home. Each puppy will also possess a general health guarantee that is valid for the first thirty (30) days from the time that the pup leaves our premises. This guarantee is only applicable to the original owner; the pup will need to be in the possession of the original owner. The guarantee is contingent upon the following conditions:

· A documented schedule of proper vaccinations (including monthly preventative heartworm treatment) for the pup must be recorded.

· The pup must have satisfactory living conditions, including, but not limited to, proper housing and shelter, acceptable food (i.e., puppy food or a controlled growth formula), a source of fresh water, and no signs (physical or mental) of abuse.

· The pup must not be left unattended and/or tied to a chain or rope. The pup should have its own area, such as a fenced yard, and be properly watched over.

Notification

Please report to DNTPETS4U Retrievers as soon as you receive any notification from a veterinarian that your puppy has substandard health. After I receive all of the proper documentation and reports from the appropriate facilities, I will be better able to discuss your options.

Disclaimer

All of the guarantees, policies, and procedures stated above are in regards to genetic or birth defects. Any type of physical abuse or injury, whether blatant or accidental, to the pup/dog automatically voids this guarantee and all of its provisions.

No pup/dog, for whatever reason, will be replaced or exchanged if it has been transferred to a new owner or if it has been bred.

All of my litters are registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC). As stated above all our puppies come with a current Health Certificate from a certified veterinarian, first set of shots, and will have been wormed 2-3 times and a Purina Gift Pack.

To purchase a puppy from one of my litters I require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your pick. The balance of $600.00 is due upon receipt of your new family member. I have a puppy waiting list for your new family member so feel free to ask us about it.

Our preferred form of payment is PayPal (see link below). Through PayPal you are able to use your Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, personal checking and debit card. I will also accept Western union.

Delivery of your new puppy and family member will be arranged for pickup at my home unless other arrangements have been decided on. Because of our high demand, I am more than willing to ship pups to any destination with the USA (except Hawaii and Alaska) at new owners expense.
